By using ExamSim (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ExamSim provides unofficial JLPT educational materials, mock exams, progress analytics, and study tools. We are not affiliated with the Japan Foundation or JEES. We do not guarantee exam success, a visa, employment, or any other outcome.
3. Accounts
Keep your information accurate and your credentials secure. You may not share accounts, gain unauthorized or automated access, or redistribute question content.
4. Plans, payments, and renewal
Current features, limits, and monthly or annual prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically on the cycle shown at purchase until canceled. Stripe processes payments. View pricing.
5. Trials, cancellation, and refunds
- A free trial is available only when displayed at checkout and only to eligible accounts.
- You can cancel before renewal through the billing portal. Access generally continues through the paid period.
- First-purchase refund requests may be submitted through the public contact form within 30 days. Fraud, abuse, Terms violations, or duplicate refunds may be ineligible. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Content and intellectual property
Materials, software, designs, and trademarks belong to ExamSim or their respective owners. They are licensed for personal educational use only and may not be copied, sold, published, or shared without permission.
7. AI features
AI-generated explanations and recommendations may be inaccurate. Verify important information with primary sources or qualified professionals. Do not submit sensitive personal or confidential information in free-text fields.
8. Changes and availability
We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other reasonable grounds. We will provide advance notice of material changes where practical.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Governing law and contact
